They are 100% natural and safe and what I love most about these is they are so moisture rich! The color pay off is amazing and they look so natural on!

This product is a must have item in every girls purse!

Here are my favourite colors swatched

Top to bottom

Rose: Rose is my favourite. It is the most pigmented of all the lip balms and its the perfect rosy color.  Its nice to have a red lip color you dont have to worry about smudging and it looks subtle and natural. It Can be easily applied without a mirror!

Pink Blossom: I feel this is the one that will be most universally loved. Its the perfect pink and if I were knew to these products I would buy this one first.

Sweet Violet: A deep violet color. This purple looks so natural and looks amazing with brown eyes!

Blush Orchid: Blush orchid is a pale pinky nude with silver shimmer. It looks great with a tan and looks very sweet and girly.

The Truth On Mascara

Did you know that most of the mascaras on the market contain ingredients that can actually do harm to your lashes?

After a while you may start to notice your lashes become brittle and dry and before you know it….they fall out! This is a good way for manufactures to get consumers to come back for more of their magic eyelash goop!

I will teach your how to get real results with YOUR lashes without having to pay for false promises that come in a plastic tube of black goop!

First And Foremost you need to have a healthy diet!

Key Nutrients For Healthier & Longer Lashes!

VITAMIN H: Vitamin H is actually a B vitamin and B vitamins are known for having good effects on the hair and lashes. B vitamins help the body metabolize fats and proteins and in result you get faster hair growth! You can buy Supplements at health food stores. Some ways to get this nutrient through your food is by eating things like eggs, beans, and nuts and seeds!

Antioxidants: Antioxidant rich foods like blueberries and believe it or not chocolate are fantastic at protecting your lashes and keeping them strong so eat foods rich in color!

Omega 3 Fatty acids: I cant stress how important it is to have healthy fats in your diet! Healthy fats come from things like fish, avocados, nuts and seeds. These fats are good to maintain your vibrant beauty and overall general health. Omega 3’s help your body absorb nutrients and vitamins to your blood stream.

Only when you are truly healthy from the inside it will exude on the outside.

How To Condition Your Lashes As Part Of Your Daily Beauty Regime

Olive oil is my favorite natural treatment for lashes. Apply a drop to your finger and apply the oil to your lashes every night before bed.

~Another great oil is vitamin E oil

~A clever choice is Pomegranate oil as it is rich in antioxidants which will stimulate growth

Mascara Your Friend Or Your Enemy?

As I said at the start of this post most mascaras are causing harm to your lashes due to harmful preservatives and chemicals. Why would you want to settle for only temporary results anyways?

I highly suggest reducing the amount of mascara you apply and also reduce how often you apply it. Give your lashes a chance to recover once in a while at the very least.

The Bright Side

There are healthy alternatives to mascaras one of my favorites is by 100% pure and I have the color blackberry. I have a full review on this mascara on my blog as well. Be sure to check that out!

Mascaras rich in plant extracts, natural pigments, and  un-harmful  preservatives are a wiser choice. Natural Mascaras are often equally effective as the generic ones though they are harder to find.

I hope you found these tips helpful!

Much Love

Why Is It A Good Idea To Make Your own Natural Perfume?

Synthetic and Organic Fragrances can both be harmful in their own way. While organic derived plant oils usually only cause mild allergic reactions such as skin irritation, sneezing, and possibly a rash. The synthetic perfume industry uses chemicals extremely harmful rather it is a long or short term effect on the human body.

Benzene, aldehydes, phenols, phthalates, and so many more of these toxic fragrant additives are capable of causing Cancer, birth defects, and central nervous system disorders. This can occur by just smelling these ingredients, applying them to your skin is an even bigger issue!

So ask yourself. Would I rather risk a natural plant oil make me sneeze or increase the odds of developing cancer in my future?

Id rather sneeze thanks! 😉

Another great reason to make your own perfumes is because it is just so much fun!  I feel the perfume market is so boring, they only sell what people want to buy and I feel all the perfumes lack so much character. When you make your own perfume your true creativity and personality can be represented through your scent. You are unique, complex, and beautiful and NOT just another generic “techno living being” who smells like head ache inducing sugar and fruit!

My favorite thing about using plants and flowers for perfume is the health benefits. Essential oils are so beneficial, and not only for your emotional and mental health but your physical health as well. Nature is the expert when it comes to the power and beauty of scent. As human beings we are much better suited for natural fragrance because we are apart of nature after all! (I will talk more on the health benefits of essential oils in further posts and videos.)

Now lets get started!

What are you going to need to make your own perfume?

The main things you will need are:

~Some of your favorite essential oils

~Pretty bottles to store your fragrance in

~ A base oil or alcohol

Some bonus materials are:

~small vials

~droppers

~labels

~Recipe Book

Your perfume is entirely your creation and you can do what ever your heart desires. However Some things that are helpful to know when it comes to experimenting with plant essences is.

~Some oils are better suited for each other and blend better together.

~Essential oils are categorized into 3 different “notes” A top note, a middle note, and a base note. It can be helpful to have a variety of notes to add depth to your perfume.

Top Notes are the aromas that catch your attention first! They are the first thing you smell but evaporate the fastest. here is a list of essential oils that are top notes:

Middle notes are what I like to call the heart of the perfume as they add alot of character and depth

Now The base notes are the heavier and long lasting oils. They are the grand finale of your scent!

Now lets discuss what the best ratio of alcohol/oil to fragrance is:
15% essential oil to alcohol/ oil is a light body spray type of concentration
20%-25 percent is a good perfume ratio
30% is EXTREMELY concentrated.

The last thing you need to know to make a good perfume is that good things take time!
Let your creation develop. Place your creation in a cool dark place for about a month to let the different oils truly blend and become one with each other.

So that is pretty much all there is to it!  Get creative and have fun!

I hope you all enjoy the benefits I have experienced through making my own perfumes and if you have any questions at all dont hesitate to ask.
I will leave you now with one of my favorite quotes on fragrance:
“A thousand kinds of flowers, yellow jasmine, wild iris… I am composed of this beauty, the attar of pressed plants, rose oil, resinous balsam: live essence, I am the intelligent juice of flowers.” ~ Bahauddin, Rumi’s father

Beauty Comes From Within

When Your Body Is filled With Beautiful Greens And Nutrients

Health, Beauty, And Happiness Will Truly Shine Through!

Beauty tip of the week: Juicing is a great way to make sure you are getting enough nutrients in your diet. I decided to invest in a juicer about 6 months ago!

Below is a video of me sharing my experience with juicing from my natural beauty channel on Youtube.

 My Favorite Green Juice Recipe

4 Local Organic Apples

2 Bright and sunny Oranges

1 Carrot

1 Medium/Large Head of romaine lettuce

2 handfuls of spinach

A squeeze of lemon juice

This Recipe makes about 650 ML of juice. The Juice Can be stored in the fridge up to 5 days (I highly suggest adding lemon if you plan on storing it)

My Juicer: Philips HR1854 Juicer I paid close to 80 Euros but better deals can be found on Amazon.

Perception of Beauty

What makes someone or something beautiful? We have all seen and felt beauty. To me beauty is not a superficial image. Beauty is what inspires us and its everywhere.

Beauty is the golden rich fields that nourish our bodies and feed our mind. Beauty is a bright yellow flower in a field of white. Beauty is in constant motion and change makes it reality.

Beauty flows around me and I around beauty.

I hope to inspire you to embrace the natural wonders beneath the surface of the earth.

Let nature in and toxins out!

Together we can learn the basics on living a natural and healthy lifestyle, all you need is a little bit of inspiration and mother natures blessings.

On this website I will provide:
